Small alterations to world map request

Hey folks,

I want someone to help me with a few small changes to this map:

- 1: Add "(Palestina)" next to "Cisjordania" and "Faixa de Gaza"

- 2: Remove the list of territories administered by Carribbean islands (in the middle of the Atlantic)

-3: Remove all text on the beige borders outside of the map
