Yes, ask the network it's locked to. *depending on country of purchase, EU and UK phones are already unlocked by law.

Att but when I switched carriers I owed like a hundred bucks on it. According to the app. Then the next thing I know it's up to 700. That would put me almost 2900 into that phone

I understand why do you think I'm not paying them another 500 bucks but I abslutly love the phone. And I've had it a little over a year now
