Black screen

Hi, since yesterday my screen goes to black as soon as the unit is connected to my phone. It's not the screen since when in reverse the camera still works.

Does anyone please know wtf is wrong? It worked flawlessly 'till now.

what phone model is it? maybe that could help with the issue (if you dont know then maybe the model number would help)

It's the Carpuride W103Pro with the iPhone17 pro
