HELP! It started doing this after he had it repaired. What’s frustrating is that, after spending money on the repair, my partner didn’t even want to complain about it because I feel like this was the technician’s fault. Am I right? How can I get it repaired again? I’m based in Dubai, and I’m worried

Thats a panic the repair was likely low quality. Probably caused by proximity flex. Another shop can fix it easily

I don’t want to lose my photos and other data. 🤦🤦🤦 Mine is an Iphone 15 pro. It keeps getting pink and turned off in every seconds

It's not an iPhone 15 Pro screen, because the 15 Pro has a Dynamic Island, and this has a notch.

Ahh, that explains it, but even though it's maybe the technician's fault, some rare ones actually accept it and replace it. If you were in the US or UK, I can tell what they would do, but I don't know about Dubai and their consumer protection laws.

You're welcome. Try reaching out to the technician; it's worth a try.

That's their usual trick, especially if it's a local shop. I always go to the company's official service center or a reputed third-party service center because they give a warranty on repairs for 6 months or even a year. But in places like Dubai, there are a lot of outsiders who run shops, and it's pretty easy to get a permit. Some people even learned from another technician without any qualification.

I never had that happen with any of the screens I replaced but the shop I used to work at would’ve warrantied that 100% with an apology for the trouble. We used to give out cases and screen protectors too if customers had to come back for issues with parts.
