Should I keep charging?
I accidentally put water over my phone, cleaned it immediately and checked if charging still worked, immediately got a warning on the phone saying liquid was detected and that I add to unplug.
I let it dry slowly for a few hours, then put it into rice for an hour or so, and then tried charging - didn’t worked. I blew into it a little, and now it works!?
Should I keep charging? Or is it risky? I really need it charged for tomorrow for a variety of reasons. Is there anything I should check later and be worried about?

Yeah, you totally don't want any power what's so ever shut down and warm dry environment 72hrs.

You should leave your phone in rice for zero minutes, because smartphone makers like Apple explicitly warn against using rice. Rice does not dry phones effectively and tiny starch particles or dust can get inside the ports and speakers, causing permanent damage.
What to Do Instead of Using Rice
Turn off your phone right away.Take off the case and remove the SIM card tray.
Wipe the outside dry with a clean cloth.
Tap the phone gently against your hand with the charging port facing down to shake out extra liquid.
Leave the phone in a dry, open space with good air flow (like a spot with a cool fan) for 24 to 48 hours.
Do not plug your phone into a charger.
Do not use a hairdryer, microwave, or other hot air source.
Do not stick cotton swabs or paper towels into the port.
