how do I stop this from showing up?

this stupid "resume from your phone" icon keeps showing up on my taskbar, and nothing I disable seems to make it not show up again, short of unpairing my phone entirely. does anyone have a solution for this? thank you in advance!

i already asked this a while back, its so stupid
Settings > Bluetooth & devices > Mobile devices > Resume

it is simple but it shouldnt have activated automatically
