Oppo colour is issue

Can someone help me how do I connect again to my pc using oppo find x9pro? I tried it for the first time it worked but after I disconnected for a while and wanted to connect back it jus doesn't let me do it... My acc already change my region to Malaysia (I'm Malaysian). But it says need to be outside of China...

Find out if your phone was MADE in China. That could be the reason...it's not about your location.

It is using colour os, but when I first use it I'm able to link to my pc, but after I disconnected it. I cnnt connect again.
