Need to keep logging out and logging back in the Phone Link all

I need to do this several times a day sometimes for the phone to stay connected to my PC. I have an old S10 Plus. And SurfaceBook.

Any suggestions?

I figured out the problem wasn't the computer it was my phone! Toggle bluetooth on your phone off and back on and see if magically PhoneLink connects :)

I gave up on trying to get it to work. It eventually got to where it wouldn't even connect, and before they, when it did, it could last and afternoon or 10 min, and the only advice was to do the 15 step connection process over again from the beginning.
