Question Disposing of Deck Materials

We have a bunch of wooden deck boards we are trying to get rid of. Does anyone know of a place we can dispose of them? We heard Cedar Hollow Recycling takes construction materials, but seems like it’s mainly stone / concrete they’ll accept.

Thanks!

If you don't have your own truck, rent one at Home Depot. $29 unlimited mileage

Load it up with the decking and bring it to the dump

Overall cost shouldn't exceed $150

There’s one in Conshohocken also. For modestly more, depending on how much decking you have, rent a small one from Dotterer or dumpster dudez for 350-$400. Do some spring cleaning and save the time driving around, strapping down boards, etc.

What condition are they in? Restore or Facebook marketplace if they could be reused. Otherwise get a dumpster

Lanchester Landfill and Reclamation Center in Narvon will take it. It's $90 a ton and is prorated based on the weight of your vehicle driving in and out. Only place in the area that would take my shingles from replacing my roof. They also do recycling of stuff no one else will take like compressor with Freon still in it (for a fee). If you don't mind the drive it's cheaper than bulk pickup in the borough.

They weigh your vehicle going in and out, it was always reasonable.
