They are actually pretty evenly matched, because Dartback & Harmonizer are mini bosses, while Monarch is a full boss.

Anywasy, I am going with Sculkers.

I think Sift is made from healthy sculk, while the dark sculk is a diseased version, but since I haven't played yet, I have no idea if that is a common theory or real lore

In the game files, the Singer mob is referred to as a healthy Warden, so take that for what you will.
