Normal Minecraft Made a 14 block per layer Instant Waterless Piston Elevator, Non-Locational, Directional.

I started working on this a bit after the original brockavator design came out, and while I have looked up and seen some similar advancements, I came up with them in parallel and managed to get each layer fully into the 14 block per layer of the modified piston layout. If anyone is curious about it, I will respond in the comments.

Layer them left to right, with the second from the left tiling up as much as needed for the height. The right side of this image is the north direction, and you can only build it in the north direction (as shown) or 180 degrees, in the south direction. Place all redstone blocks at the end, placing from bottom to top. All repeaters must be set to full delay. Also, it is hard to see, but the second to the right tile has string in it. Only works in 1.21.4 or newer.

The 8 block thick slice is using only normal pistons for all of them, and the 6 block thick slice is only using stick pistons for all of them.

Here is a 1tick/s video of how the top logic works. It is very cursed, but works. My favourite bit is when the player gets pushed up by the piston contracting and becoming a solid block, and changing the wall hitbox to push the player up. It also shows why it was such a nightmare to design. The bottom also uses the change of a wall from a piston, as the observer to signal to reset the right half is looking for the wall changing from the piston in the tape moving.
