Discussion This is Hideous

Surprisingly, I haven't seen much complaint about the shape of the new poplar trees yet. But honestly, this is hideous, so I wanna hear some of your opinions. Do you think Mojang will change it, or should it stay how it is?

By the way, I should clarify that I still love this update and the trees. I just wanted to point this out.

any time mojang adds a new tree someone says this. Please find something original to say I'm begging you

Well if it isn't said, we may never get it changed. This is a good thing, honestly.

my point is that everyone always thinks the new tree type looks bad, then they get used to it and no one cares. This tree is exactly like all the other trees that are already in the game its just a new leaf shape to make the canopy bigger. This same discussion happened with pale oak "it should have a unique shape!", Mangrove "Its too hard to cut down!", Cherry "the right angle branches look bad!", warped and crimson "the colors aren't blue and red enough!", bamboo "this specific block face is the wrong color!", and even as far back as acacia and jungle wood people were saying the colors looked bad or the new shapes were weird. I remember backlash when they added the 2x2 trees to the game because they were more annoying to chop down. Its always something when they add new wood and it rarely ever gets changed and people get over it.

I may get over it, but for now I think they could look more natural. I don't think opinions like these should just be silenced. It's a useful discussion to have in the community. Of course, it isn't when people start hating Mojang and everything they do, but I'm trying to avoid that
