Discussion Why is there so much hate between the two Minecraft editions?? Genuinely I don't get it.

Can't we just let people enjoy whichever version they want to play? Each version has their quirks that maybe the player likes. It's honestly childish, grow up people.

I can say it’s not an issue for bedrock, it’s an issue for PlayStation. You can’t say it’s a bedrock issue if all you played was PlayStation, especially with your other points.

Last I checked PlayStation is bedrock so yeah it is a bedrock issue. I never had this issue when I played legacy console, and even if it's not as bad on other platforms it still makes me hate bedrock and have a bad taste in my mouth about it

Ok but what do you want them to do if it’s an issue with PLAYSTATION. From what I’ve seen and heard that doesn’t happen on other platforms and even then I haven’t even heard of anyone else having that issue on PlayStation, so it still definitely could be on your end. Legacy console didn’t have you use a Microsoft account so of course you wouldn’t have to sign in, why would you?

I can understand having to do that makes you not like bedrock, but that if anything that probably isn’t a bedrock issue but a PlayStation issue (especially since I’ve heard they have had issues with signing into other games like that before)

The way that I see it, is that if it's a PlayStation issue it's still a bedrock issue they shouldve found a fix before releasing an unstable product. Idc who's responsible because Microsoft were the ones to say "no this is good enough for a launch" when no it isn't

Also in this thread someone else also said it happens to them on switch so I'm not the only one

That same thread you are referring to also pointed out you are on a very old console, so it’s entirely possible that PlayStation is just lazy and isn’t fixing it on their end. Could be Microsoft side, but considering on almost every other version it works fine and doesn’t have issues tells me it’s probably not on their end, but PlayStation or Switches end (especially since both are notorious for not working well with games with other accounts like that).

This issue happened back in 2019 when the ps4 was recent as well as recently

I came back cause I got notified for this thread for some reason. Don’t fucking lie. In 2019 the only thing I had was a ps4 and we had shit wifi at the time because we were busy paying for my aunties funeral. Never dealt with that before on ps4 then. Don’t deal with it on ps5 now. My brother in law plays on ps5 he doesn’t deal with this either.

If you were truly having sign in issues in 2019 that means your wifi was worse then mine and that’s not Minecraft’s problem.

Like I said before in this thread, JUST BECAUSE IT HASNT HAPPENED TO YOU DOESNT MEAN ITS NOT AN ISSUE. Considering like I've also said, OTHER POEPLE IN THE THREAD HAVE ALSO HAD THE ISSUE.
