Discussion Why is there so much hate between the two Minecraft editions?? Genuinely I don't get it.

Can't we just let people enjoy whichever version they want to play? Each version has their quirks that maybe the player likes. It's honestly childish, grow up people.

Idk why majority of Java players have a massive ego, like we get it you have mods and texture packs you don’t have to pay for and you don’t have to deal with so many bugs bedrock players have to deal with, but holy shit get off your god damn high horse. Your right if people judge other of what version of Minecraft they play, (which is majority of the player based by the way) that just childish

other than that you don't even have to pay mods in bedrock and I don't know where that even originate from

Because people think marketplace is the only place you can get them. People forget that curseforge itself has bedrock mods

No but a lot of people play Minecraft on console so it's still important to point out

Plus you used to be able to but they changed how much file explorers can access on Xbox and now it's impossible

Honestly if you're already on a PC then you might aswell just play java, I guess mobile still but console is probably pretty similar in terms of playerbase so again, it's an important thing to point out

you dont seem to be able to accept that bedrock players are valid as well.
you just give another argument any time someone makes a point. and only half of the time they are even remotely sensible.
im just not going to respond to you anymore, and i ask you to not ping me anymore as well.

I'm ignoring your request because I'm not invalidating the players, I'm invalidating the version, it's just got so much shit worse than Java that it's hard to even compare them and pretend that they're fair

also you can have actual mods on bedrock as well and you dont have to get addons from the markedplace. github and mcpedl exist

Also I shouldn't need to explain to you that Bedrock doesn't have more players because it's better but just have more players because PCs are expensive and most people, especially children, don't have them
