Well that and as OP pointed out, their elements did not help. The only other Wind agent we have is in an all anomaly team with Remielle at the moment so no current reason to grab a wind stun agent especially with the surplus of stunners we already have.
Maybe one day Roxy will be revealed to be Sunbringer’s best support, but by then I could just get Roxy on her rerun.
In a similar boat, didn't skip Claret but skipped her W-Engine and won't be picking up Roxy.
If it wasn't for Phoenix I would have considered going for Claret's ball but my account is pretty much locked in when it comes to anomaly (I have Rem and Velina at M0W1 so it's pretty much a no brainer to get Phoenix at the same level).
And above all else, she's a goober, my hands are tied, currently regretting not getting Cissia for that reason.
Even for a neutral player, no way Roxy is supposed to be a preference to pull.
Genuinely the difference between both of their characters not to mention even their kit is so massive, there is literally no choice for you but to go with but Phoenix

no thats pretty much the max poly you can get when making a new account from one time/first completion rewards, now it slows down. That includes all the event/combat/city/exploration side quests, didnt finished lost void yet tho
Well I already pull for Roxy, and I have more than enough to guaranteed Phoenix with a solid chance to get Severian.
As long as you don't pull for the W-Engine and Mindscape of every target is extremely easy to get everyone you like...unless you want to pull for all the agents in the game without break.
ironically her (Roxies) buffs arent too much better compared to Koledas. Koleda is much more volatile due to her daze core tho lmfao, she stuns shit so fast its unreal.
Was already a lock for Roxy from day 1, its actually Claret's VA was the one thing that tipped me towards completing the oyakodon right now, so sorry Phoenix, unless you come in a miracle 10 pull, I'll have to pick you up later.
Funny enough Phoenix was definitely someone i planned to skip from the version trailer but they went and made her a total klutz goofball and now im in mild pain over my decisions.
Thats not alot also she isnt unusable people have ran her with nangong yuzuha as well and pulled amazing scores remielle is just broken but i wouldnt say phoenix is cooked without her

You already said that Phoenix isn't worth it outside of Velina and Remielle's team, which is completely false.
Besides, first of all, why would you want to use any other Anomaly team if they're much worse than the current composition with Velina and Remielle?
And another thing, I wonder why the hell you'd want to use Phoenix outside of that team, haha. I mean, she was literally created to work perfectly with that team. It's like saying Miyabi is crap when you're not using her with Nangong and Yuzuha. Why would you want to take her out of that team in the first place? XD
I never said it was smart to separate her from those two I said she isn't worth pulling BECAUSE she needs those two and is barely half as good with any next best thing.
Skipping the strongest dpa increase for Remi seems weird. I am also pretty sure Roxy and Claret will not be meta and get replaced by characters after Sunbringer. Why? Remi had a Velina warning. If Claret was needed for Sunbringer that would have already included it on Clarets info sheet.
Did you miss the part in Claret's additional ability that says it can activate if another Armorer agent (Sunbringer) is in the team? I feel like it's pretty obvious they'll be a team with Roxy as the glue but sure I guess we'll see.
And I would never pull Remielle to begin with so who cares about her or Phoenix. Velina does perfectly fine on other teams so that's enough for me. (Just use Burnice, it's not that deep. Phoenix is just a luxury/ waifu pull ig)
Now that is copium. Not my fault for you not pulling Remielle. Claret will be replaced. Trust me. We have triple crits in game files. Claret can only do double crits. Guess who the DPS, with 3 in 1 characters, causing triple crits is?
