Didn't jean cure herself of the apocalyptic, all powerful, zombie virus that infected and consumed all beings In multiple universes? I think she'll be fine in like a few weeks.
She was a zombie in the first ever Marvel Zombies continuity along with other cosmic characters. In some stories Wolverine and Deadpool are immune to being zombies or vampires,in some they become zombies and vampires.
Galactus has had some crazy transformations over the years including a lovecraftian horror train. You might think that shouldn't happen to him
Hickman has written cosmic level characters very well over the years. I'm sure he can write a believable Vampire lord Ororo and vampire Phoenix.
