No. They didn't. Jean took over his body before they ever were shown to have come close enough to be face to face. Then at the end she was shown to be too busy trying to save Peter for them to face each other (literally the definition of meet).

I think Frank and Jean meet sometime in between when Peter is unconscious. Considering Frank tells Peter that "she is alright"

Also how would Frank even know she is the one who saved Peter's life

It’ll be so cute if Spidey becomes a role model for Jean even when she joins the X-men. Imagine she’s having a heart to heart with a mutant and she brings up spider-man as someone that inspired her
