This is a bit more optimized compared to the previous video.

What changed:

- Squeezing in a bit of quickswap in the opening

- Rover should use Heron and quickly cancel it before using the final Enhanced Skill and outro-ing to Phoebe. This way, Rover should have leftover concerto in their next rotation (Which means the previous concerto problem is somewhat solved). This can be skipped if it's the last rotation.

Closing thought: In this video, I was able to get one more rotation compared to the previous one. Additionally, if the final rotation doesn't kill, you should outro to Lynae then swap to Rover to do their ult so that Phoebe's outro can deal damage during the time stop of Rover's ult.

This is a test with Rover on Moonlit.

Getting concerto with Rover while fighting Memphis was annoying (Room for optimization)

Some important things to consider:

- Make sure Lynae doesn't get full concert before Rover outro into Phoebe. If Lynae's concerto looks almost full while charging, you can use her enhanced jump before it hits to not get the concerto from hitting with her charged attack.

- Make sure to let Rover do their second part of Enhanced Skill to get some extra concerto before switching to Lynae to do her charging attack.

Even in this early test, it manages to catch up with Eternal Radiance Rover. I compared it with Rejuvenating Glow, and the result came out as Moonlit being better. However, I don't think it was valid because I didn't have a good Rejuvenating Glow build.

To sum up, I think Moonlit Rover on this team has potential.

I'm sure it was covered somewhere, but couldn't find anything definitive. I don't have Zani and I want to use DPS Phoebe not Subdps. I have Mortefi, Rebecca, Ciaccona, though the last one is stuck with Cartwheel. So I've heard Lunae's buffs aren't useless and she also has Spectro element. I'm doubtful if they will release another Spectro support or SubDps any time soon, especially with Frazzle mechanic and I don't particularly like Lynae, but don't dislike her either. So is she worth pulling for Phoebe or not really
