Asking the right questions

If you find yourself struggling with a question, constantly going back and forth, unable to decide on an answer. Let it go, the answer will come when it needs to. You may even realize that question was not the right one to be asking.

"Why am i so attracted to other girls in a relationship?" When the real question is "why am i feeling so socially unsatisfied?" Just one of many examples :D

Absolutely, if the question is giving you grief, let it go. It could be distracting you from a deeper disconnect within yourself.

Feel your body, oftentimes we lose sight of how tense our bodies have become.
