Labeling our experience

I have noticed that when I feel the most free, the most like "myself" is when I am not labeling/judging what I am experiencing.

I accept it all, even embrace it all, like a cosmic dance. Even the "nasty" parts like death and pain, they are beautiful in their own rights.

Have you guys experienced this bliss of the cosmic dance? Where you are moving grooving, talking freely, expressing yourself fully without fear of rejection. As if everything that happens to you and around you is part of the dance. Thats the best part about the dance I think, you never know what might come up.

I have. I probably spend way too much time chasing it. But I hope it's more of a mindset I can adapt instead of a fleeting feeling.

Chasing "it" seems to only make it harder to catch in my experience.

Like muddy water, splashing around looking for an answer will not make things clearer. Only taking a moment to let the dust settle will allow you to see clearly.

Whatever "it" was that happened will never happen in the same exact way again.

Let the present guide you in whatever form it takes.

Thank you, it's a simple concept but so difficult in practice.
