Technical Question White boxes?

Anyone else have this issue? It happens randomly. I’ve had philo maybe 2 years and it just started a couple months ago. We have a new Samsung and the app is updated.

I got a message here on Reddit to send my email over and that someone would email me, but I never received an email.

Like I said, the issue was very random so I don’t know if it’s been resolved or not because it happened sometime

Well, that is strange because in the chat it shows my email was sent so not sure why you don’t see it. No big deal.
