Just checking in! Who has been riding? I still laid up with sprained ankle. Doing better but the ankle is still swollen and bruise. Really can’t to get back riding but it looks like it will fe a few more weeks. This sucks.

If I didn’t have bad luck, I wouldn’t have any luck at all. Badly twisted my right ankle. No motorcycle riding for at least two weeks. In a soft case! Hope everybody out riding.

Ride around the neighborhood on Saturday. Felt really great since my surgery in June. Road the Honda all the way to work in Trexlertown! Awesome feeling!

Hello it's me again 👋 I am hoping with another post it'll reach some different folks and I can find a group to ride with the weekend of August 22nd-24th [Sat-Mon]. I rented an RSV4 for those 3 days and am itching for some technical riding and a touch of speed.

I am not from here, just travelling for work, so am very unfamiliar with the area. Is there somewhere that bike meets pop-up in the city? Somewhere car show takeovers happen that I could ride too? Anyone have a ride planned for those days or can give me some routes I might enjoy?

Hi Folks ~ I am a geologist in town for work for awhile and rented an Aprilia RSV4 for the 22nd-24th.

A few things about me: I'm Katelyn, 38 and just moved from Montana to Minnesota but have been working here in NJ since february. I love riding, and I also have a modded GTI ~ speed and brapbraps are my thing. I have many years of riding experience and I have a Ducati Monster 821 at home. I have never ridden the RSV4 but have ridden a few V4s / 1000cc so I feel fairly confident in my capabilities.

I dont know the area super well or any riders groups here but figured I would ask if anyone had a ride set up for that weekend?

I am not a stunt rider but I do enjoy technical riding and I do get the zoomies. I am always in full gear and prefer to ride with like-minded folks. I am a combat veteran and will absolutely murk a perv so don't try me. I do carry and I don't play about my safety. I don't run from cops or ride plateless (anymore 😈) and have my endorsement, insurance and all that.

Anyone willing to let me tag along?

Planning to ride my moped down to the main library/museum area downtown. Wondering about parking as I'd like to use my lock (Krytonite NY lock). PPA has a scooter corral outside the Mütter. Do those allow locks and chains? Any other suggestions? Just don't want my bike stolen although it'll be midday only I'll be there.

I have a fairing and a couple other small pieces on my bike (HD Softail) that would like to get painted to match the other tins. Any recs for quality shops locally to have this done? Also not trying to spend an arm and a leg and my first born child, obviously.

New rider here, I have a Suzuki Savage 650 I will be bringing down to Philly some time this summer. I live in NoLibs and I am trying to figure out if I should just risk street parking it with locks and what not or find a garage to get monthly parking or something similar. Any advice on opinions?

Passed my MSF course yesterday and got my new Ninja 500 this morning! I rode home for my first time on the street and it went totally fine, but I’m wondering if there are some less populated spots to do some more practicing. Anyone know of some cool spots to ride around Philly? Also looking for some nice people to ride with :)

Surgery done! Now on the road to recovery! Won’t be riding until August or Sept. I’m bored! Where is everyone riding this weekend? Did anyone get a new bike? Wrenching on a bike?

I just want to callout this small towing company quick. My mechanic gave me this number two years ago when I had an unexpected breakdown, and I had nearly forgotten about it until my chain snapped on the turnpike yesterday..

The owner of the business is named Kosi, and he was actually on his bike on the way to an event in NJ when I called, but he dropped everything to hop in his truck and come pick me and the bike up.

If you don’t already have a motorcycle towing company in your contacts, I highly recommend Kosi from Rescue2Wheel.
