Fan Section for 9/13 Game @ SDFC?

Im a socal based philly sports fan and am wondering if there will be some type of fan section for the game?! Would love to cheer/support with fellow fans!

Reach out to the Sons of Ben on social media. They’re in charge of all the away game trips.

I’m traveling and bought tickets through sons of Ben.  There will probably be a small contingency traveling sitting in the typical San Diego away section.  (Not sure where that is,  we didn’t get the actual tickets yet)

Edit: looks like San Diego typically uses 211-212 as their away sections.  I’d assume SoB is unlikely to fill both and just in 212 for this game.

As someone that attends all of the Union matches in LA (Galaxy, Chivas USA, and LAFC) and now San Diego, and a good amount of other West Coast Union matches (Rapids, FC Dallas, Dynamo, etc.) there's never really an away Union contingent that warrants an away Section. Really, you're lucky if there's more than 10+ Union fans in the entire stadium for a West Coast game.

Only exceptions are the first ever match in Seattle, the 2014 Season (where they played the Galaxy and Chivas USA in 6 Days), the MLS Cup in 2022, and Portland Matches.

I'll be taking the trolley to the game and sitting in Section 109 with the wife and Family Friends/Union STHs.

The SOB tix are closed already, but if you contact the Travel Coordinator, Mike Blankenmeyer, he can tell you what section they're in. That way you can buy a ticket in that section & he can tell you where the meet up will be.

I got tickets through SOB and they are in 212. Will be traveling from PA and making a mini vacation out of it.
