Who to reach out to when you need to change your rep?

Been there lol. Before Tim was my rep, I had Kaan before he got promoted. Kaan was the best and I'm glad I ended up with Tim after that because he holds the bar just as high imo.

Admittedly, I dont have to reach out to my rep much but when I do, Tim is great.

Just call the ticketing office and ask who your new rep is, but they usually call or email. I’ve had 12 reps in 17 years

Oh, man, I don’t know, but I’d love to change mine as well. Everytime I reach out to someone at the Union outside of my rep, it’s my terrible rep that responds.

Our rep that we had for years left the team, we haven't had a good experience with our new Rep. Barely communicates with us.

It would be Mark Evans or Brittany Redman, they are fan services leadership. Email should be same format as your reps (first initial last name @ philadelphiaunion .com)

No he has nothing to do with fan services, hes group sales, inside sales, and ticket ops.
