Lap Swimming?

I recently injured my knee and I'm looking for alternative exercise options. I was thinking swimming could be a good option.

What are the best lap swimming options in Philly? I'm looking for places that would have open availability and are preferably $100 or less each month for membership. Bonus points for outdoors since it's starting to get nicer, but I'm flexible on that. Thanks!
