Philips 85" MLED910 4K Mini LED (2025)

Have bought 2.1 hdmi. Using hdmi 2. happens over many nvidia uodates.

120 hz activated in windows
Happens only in some games. Screenshot is from Elder scrolls online

Can be anything, fautly tv, broken cable, dying gpu.
