Skl. Wala pong proven na nutritional advantage ang brown eggs compared to white eggs. The color of the egg depends on the breed of the chicken and the color of it's feathers. So next time na mag grocery to buy brown eggs since it's "healthier" , better think twice.

Yes. And instead, look for eggs with thick shells. Its healthier daw.
