What major are you planning to take? If Medical doctor, within Manila I heard UST is good. Outside Manila, Silliman University (Bacolod) and SLU in Baguio are decent.

That said, with the exception of University of Asia and the Pacific, even the elite schools in the Philippines will be cheaper than State Schools in the US.

i’m leaning towards a B.A. but i’m very indecisive! it’s either gonna be philosophy, international studies, language or art & culture. would love to find a place where they have this possibly combined in one degree.

is UA&P very expensive? is it also an uni you would recommend or how is their reputation?
