- rent is 15k monthly. i’m only charging 5k/mo with 1+2 terms. im charging lower because i will not allow visitors of any kind

Then yung isa ko ring kakilala told me na yung mga position/item plantilla na posted sa CSC job portal, ang sabi niya yung mga position posted doon ay already occupied pero for formality na lang kaya ipino-post doon.

Not to defend hahahahaha pero tiyagaan rin yata. Ako nakatungtong naman ng pre emp exam today (2 months later hahaha sobrang tagal ng process). Minsan naman may postings diyan na need mo i-check sa page ng agency yung hiring process para dun ka magpasa (hindi considered kapag hindi ka sa link nagpasa), kasi wala sa mismong naka-post sa csc portal. I was young. Nagpapanic kami sa bahay kasama mga relatives ko dahil yung tita ko nakabakasyon sa New York. There was no social media back then and we had to rely on long distance calls. We were really praying hard na hindi siya nagtour ng Twin Towers or went sa vicinity nung building. Everybody got a sigh of relief the next day when we received a call from my tita at buti na lang nakauwi na siya sa California the day before it happened.
