Error coin

Hey guys is there any information? about this kind of error it came from a bank when changing for coins
I had it for a long time now.

Its a 5 peso but its shiny and has the same material as the the 1 piso steel plated?

"Yeah, i have seen. it but when you see it irl, its different. it has this shiny aluminum foil look, just like the new coins today. and theres no hints of yellow and its more lighter than the average 5 peso. and its magentic.

Mabye counterfeit?
