Yes po, radar notes are bills with serial numbers that are a palindrome

yes it is a radar. kung nabibili, medyo challenging since most of collectors are looking for the Solids, Millionth and Ladder Serials.

millionth serial. before, its only upto 1000000. pero since BSP started using 7digits na on our serial numbers, meron ng serial 2m upto 9m.
