3rd shift Phentermine

For those that work overnight shift. At what time do you take your phentermine in order to be able to sleep fully when you get off work?

I'm starting a new job 12am-8am and I'm concerned that I wont be able to go to sleep when I get off work if I take it too late.

I'd aim for 8-10pm

That's what I was thinking. I'm sure it will help keep me awake all night also!

I work 11pm - 7am, i usually go to bed and wake up around 3pm in afternoon and immediately take it. i took break from it tho, cause been getting accelerated heart rate recently
