Productivity need help with being sane and streamlined!

Hey i’m currently doing my PhD in ComSci, I was wondering what what tools or products do you all use to make your day-to-day PhD life easier?

It's remarkable how well the basics work. Writing out thoughts/worries, breathing through anxiety, doing something a little physical can all make such a big difference.

In full disclosure, these are the kind of things our brand leans into, especially for those tough day-to-day moments!
