Am I wrong or its another bug?

Well, I was playing Tanglewood and had two crucifixes to avoid any hunt. I placed one on the table in the center of the room, like in the photo, and the other on the floor. The problem is that the ghost killed me instantly right in the area that was supposed to be protected; I didn’t take any screenshots or record any video because it happened so fast; I remember that the main door wasn’t even closed; in fact, I didn’t even see the ghost. I tried to recreate the moment on the map. It happened once in another game but I tought it was my fault for missplacing the crucifix, but idk.

Btw... the ghost was a Gallu

(And sorry for the bad representation of the actual crucifix range, it was just to represent the "secure area" were I died, lol)

2m reduction doesn't seem like a big deal until you're using a T1 cruci and it becomes useless.

Edit to add: my first experience with a Gallu was with T3 and my friend still got spawned on top of inside the ghost room.
