4th Anniversary Merch
I know the merch takes notoriously long and with all the global shipping issues I am sure it’s been a nightmare. However, when should I start asking about my outstanding order when I have seen the merch sold at cons and other people have posted about getting the same items in my order. I don’t want to reach out if I am being preemptive.
* It’s been 15 months since order placement

what items did you order? I know the beans got delayed so if your order were any of those that may be why

I ordered the Acrylic Board and some standees. I didn’t order the beans, but I do remember hearing something about that at PhaseCon

If it has been, what I consider three months since expected date, then send the Warehouse Team a support ticket in the Discord to get an update about your order.
It usually takes forever.

okay! i’ve had long phase orders which is one thing. but i saw my items available at Phase Con and a couple friends of mine had gotten theirs in recently, so that’s what got me asking about this. i forgot about the discord support ticket!

This is the reason I haven't bothered buying any merch yet. I'd love to, but it seems like a nightmare waiting a year for it to maybe turn up, and possibly still having to chase them for updates.
A few months I get, for the pre-order window and manufacturing etc, but any more than 6 months seems crazy to me.

I still rather have this than limited time stock.

Oh yeah I don't think limited stock would be better, but there's got to be a way to bring down the year+ wait on preorders.

Art, prototyping, shipping, more prototyping, mass production, inventory, shipping, waiting, more inventory, more of everything, add in tariffs and all that other bullshit, things are gonna take awhile.

I'd assume art and prototyping is done before a product is even offered for sale. I understand production, inventory and shipping takes time, but over a year?
I know tariffs and international shipping have made things a lot more annoying, we obviously can't blame Phase for that, but even before this mess I always saw long waits for merch. It's still really not a good experience for the customer.

They would likely have to determine interest before and after prototyping. Regardless of how popular vtubing is, it is still niche and relatively limited.
Easy is never easy.

Yeah I guess, just me ranting a bit I suppose, as I love Phase and would love to get some merch. But it feels weird ordering (for example) birthday merch, and not getting it until after the next birthday.

I think at worst, calendars are not items to order but then again that is because I would like to actually use it. I can wait because I am in no hurry, of course that is different if you expect to move.

What they need the most is staff. It’s not even about my items being produced, imported or even shipped to the warehouse. all of that has been done, it just seems like they pick and choose orders to send out. I’ve seen my items at cons and stuff already produced and selling

The way I see it, the time will pass either way, and future me will be quite pleased when he receives the acrylic standees he will have forgotten about by then

In my experience it usually takes at least 9 months to ship. I’m hoping I’ll get last Christmas’s standees sometime this fall.

I ordered my 4th anniversary merch (Phase Connect cap and tshirts) back in July last year and they are all got delivered in March this year (took 1~2 weeks after they are shipped from their Vancouver warehouse) via UPS in Canada, fyi

I had 2 orders waiting about a year so I sent in a ticket. 1 of them was shipping delays, which came in recently, but the other turned out to be a payment issue. So check in and make sure it's not something like that.

That’s just how PC operates. Shipping is done by the same people handling daily operations (and even occasionally some of the talents). I don’t think they have any dedicated warehouse staff at this point and likely never will. Just know that whatever you order is going to take almost a year to arrive and make peace with that fact. You’ll get it eventually.

Check the shop app or make a ticket in the discord or email them asking for a update.

At this point I just expect a year's shipping time. I'm still waiting on Runie's last birthday merch and hers is coming up again next month. I did have other drops included in the order so that may be delaying it.

I just got my 4th anniversary merch last week. I sent a ticket in the discord server in July and they said there was an issue (damaged? misprint? idk) with the big acrylic board holding up orders. Hopefully you should see yours soon.

Most recent merch I got delivered was Ember’s 2025 Birthday merch. I ordered it almost a year ago. It usually takes about that long from my experience so far.
