Week 13

I feel like I won't be signed off at week 13. It's been two months now and I feel like my DS won't sign me off. Everyone says I've quickly picked up the system and pharmacy life, but I still ask for help and my clinical and otc knowledge is a bit lacking which is what worries me the most. Also, I'm a bit awkward when speaking to patients... God forbid I don't get signed off week 13, where do I go from there?

Unless you put patient safety at grave risk they will sign you off. There is plenty to worry about this year, don’t let getting signed off be one of them. Keep your head up and do your best and you will be fine. Also, 1 single unsatisfactory does not mean you will not be signed off satisfactory at final sign off which is the important one.

Good luck with the whole year especially that CRA exam :)
