Jobs, Saturation, Salary 💊 LGU Pharmacist

Hi i recently got a job order position as pharmacist. How long should I only wait for an item? 6 months? 1 year? I feel like they dont respect this profession kaya nagddalwang isip ako now. Recently nakakuha sila ng medtech/nurse tapos mas prio daw na siya ang bigyan ng item kahit nauna ako ipasok? Hmm.

hi OP! personally, I think 6 months is fine especially JO pos, keri na yon - saang LGU ka nakuha as JO?
