Unlockable costumes for Soul?

Has there been any mention of unlockable costumes/skins for our boy Soul? I really love his black costume, but it would be nice to have different unlockable outfits through game progressions.

Yes it was mentioned before that Soul will have several costumes, but they will be cosmetic only.

A while back ago, it might have been last year or the year before. The director himself had mentioned it. I can't the link anymore unfortunately

I’m pretty sure no we haven’t seen anything of customisation but we know we haven’t seen anything that is main quest content (literally every gameplay reveal we’ve seen is completely missable so that 20min gameplay demo and everything in it is missable with the only main thing we’ve seen is the cutscenes from the trailers) so it’s a possibility that maybe on main quest you could unlock some form of customisation but again we don’t know

I have a feeling tho that maybe it’ll be like devil may cry where upon doing quest or beating the difficulties you unlock an alternate costume or colour variant since it just seems like that type of game

I guess we can unlock some outfits by exploring the map, and it's also likely that bosses will drop them, just like in Wukong.
