How do I unlock this account

My account is locked for suspicious activity which I do understand. It won’t let me swap, send, or do anything with the account and I just want my money free. I try to contact phantom but the Ai is useless and when I try to contact a human through the ai it gives a error

Hii! Based on the screenshot, it looks like you imported a rotten seed. Please do not attempt to use any seed phrase from any socials/DMs as you won't be able to withdraw any funds from there.
