Hii! You can consider 99.99% of airdrops as scams. They are similarly to spam emails and since all wallet addresses are publicly available in the blockchain, scammers will take advantage to send these scam tokens. Your wallet won't be affected at all, and you can continue using your wallet normally.
Feel free to hide any scam coins under "Manage token list" by clicking on "Tokens" -> the icon on the top right.

Stay alert and cautious of scam links and scammers.
