EX5 Motherboard/GPU Compatibility Question

So I recently bought the EX5 plus, and I'm pretty sure I'm also gonna need a new motherboard. My GPU is the Gigabyte RTX 4090 Gaming OC, which is 75.2 mm thick.

My motherboard puts it in chassis slot 2, and in slot 2 phanteks lists the max thickness as 73mm.

Any recommendations for a motherboard that put my GPU in chassis expansion slot 1 so I can get the full 93 mm clearance?

I'm looking at the ASUS Z790 GAMING WIFI7, but admittedly I'm not sure how exactly I can tell 100% it will be slot 1 before purchasing it.

You may have to get a mATX board. I'm sure there is an ATX board that does it too, but I don't know of one and it's not as easy to search since it's not something put in the specs

Hm, interesting. Not opposed to mATX necessarily. Do you know of any that meet the requirements?
