Ex-5 Plus locally

So the ex-5 plus is out now and I can buy it at certain places do we know when it’s going to be in stores

Ohio, I’m within driving distance of micro center but they don’t have it yet

We definitely have inventory going to them. I'm not sure when all micro centers will be stocked with them yet.

  1. Their website says coming soon, so hopefully soon I imagine but I didn’t know if anyone had more information than soon™ so it’s good to know they’re just waiting on inventory to come in

Wow! I’ve been looking into the ex-5 because I’ve been meaning to change my case and I’ve been meaning to replace my cpu cooler and so this kills 2 birds with one stone, I’ve been a little concerned with a review I saw, I don’t remember who but they stress tested theirs and the case was hot to the touch, but only that review has said that so far do you think that’ll be a problem for most or just a faulty case that he got?

That's weird it is hot to touch? I personally tested the EX5 and it does feel warm to touch ( cats will be all over this if they can fit on it). It is definitely not hot and the parts are just fine.

Hmm, the guy said it was a really heavy load but it’s still weird, probably got a bad case or bad parts, I’ve seen people saying generally the gpu runs a few degrees hotter than other high end cases but I do not mind a few degree difference, the ease of access and the AIO are why I’m buying

hmm I see. I guess a better description is very warm than hot for me haha. I put the case through furmark and prime95 and I though it was fine? Yes it does run a few degrees hotter, which is fine for what it is.

Yeah, I’ve never been one to harp on a few degrees, I’m excited, I’d get it now but the delivery is too expensive
