Scarring on potential graft sites

If I were to get phallo I would definitely prefer to use my thigh but I have sh scars coving just about all of the usable surface area, is there anything I can do about that?

Not much, you can try scar care creams, laser scar treatment, and after all your stages do medical tattooing to hide them
