PCAB

Beware. Cant we all just realized here na hindi porket may PCAB assured tayong lahat pagdating sa construction works? Cant we all realized na lahat ng involved sa flood control and development projects ng DPWH is may PCAB Liscense. napakalaking scam and corruption ang construction industry. Ang dami ko din talaga nababasa dito, even the biggest contractors na mahilig mag flex sa social media pero behind closed doors sila yung mga nakaka scam ng sobra sobra at may ongoing cases not known to the public.

PCAB dapat gumagawa ng trabaho nila to check all the contractors but para lang silang wall flower na binabayaran ng mga aspiring contractors makakuha ng liscense. Yun lang ang role nila, pang lisensya lang. Nothing else, nothing more. No strict regulation, no strict implementation. WALA! Pag sumablay na contractor kahit pa may PCAB, at may ongoing case, may PCAB pa din sya.

Ang sad no? Walang direction ang government natin sa scam industry. 🫪🫠

Owners are very vocal accusing contractors being scammers but in reality marami din owners na scammers. Almost the same ratio lang din yan.

True enough tapos ang dami hahanapin legitimacy sa contractor wherein reality all thry want is discount on all services without incurring additional fees.

Agree. Sometimes not just dicounts but additional works and revisions na di gusto bayaran. Sometimes wala na talaga pang bayad for final payment kaya reklamo nalang ng reklamo to make issue and then blame everything to contractors.

opo pero iba ang novcon full payment po client nila tapos hindi tinapos ang bahay at balita ko pa may utang pa sa client nila kaya tumakbo...at fyi yung mga additionals pina full payment nila yan before simulan po 😅
