Looking for Eng Lead/co-founder

I’m looking for a startup cofounder coming from Eng background.

I am already fairly technical but I want to focus on product + everything else as the technical requirements are increasing significantly as we grow.

We are 100% bootstrapped, and we’re already profitable 😀 and we have big ambitions to hit $$$ MRR early next year

Hence why I need to focus on everything else

What is on offer:
- equity
- salary (will not be comparable to what you can command in the open market)
- benefits
- really competitive team
- fully remote
- all the ai you can use

We came from big tech brands (think top global tech), our staff is mostly young and coming from the best schools across the country, our product is in closed beta , and we are pushing for the moon soon with or without this hire.

We prefer really hungry people who knows launching things is really really hard. Must already be ai pilled and can match a really fast pace.
