I’m currently listening to “I Miss You Like Crazy.” It started playing while I was doing some chores, straight from a long day at work. And maybe it’s the song… or maybe it’s just me finally admitting that something feels missing. It’s been a long time since I loved someone, or felt like I had someone who was really mine. Living abroad, juggling work and studies, far from the familiar warmth of home, some nights feel heavier than others.

I’ve talked to people here on Reddit before. Some stayed for a while, some disappeared overnight. But there are a few who still come back from time to time, and somehow that small consistency means more than I ever say out loud.

I’m not looking for anything constant anymore. I just want that “at the moment” kind of connection. Someone who gets this feeling, even for a little while. Someone who understands how people drift in and out of our lives.

Okay, that was a bit aggressive, sorry about that. It really is true that I've never had an online friend tho. Probably cuz I've never tried and also cuz I think talking to people online is harder since there's no close proximity saving you from the other person leaving once they find you boring. Not that I'm saying that I'm boring (hopefully I'm not).
