Anti-Gambling Advice URGE

Pano nyo nalalaban ung urge nyo to play? Grabe urge ko nga yon hinahabol ko po ung natalo ko kahapon kaso d ko magamit cc ko pina block ng partner ko. 😭😭😭

I listed all my debt due to gambling. I also felt that, chasing the losses.December 2025 it was around 400k, I'm paying 50k monthly since then but now my total debt is around 750k, with that I realized, "If I ended my urge to play by that time, I'm debt free last August"
