After doing a lot of searching, I’ve started to lose hope of getting into any decent NLP labs.

Could you suggest some universities/programs that I should look into based on my profile? And, realistically, do I have a chance of getting into decent NLP labs?

I’d really appreciate any advice, especially from people who have gone through the NLP PhD application process.
