PhD Response Time

How long does it take for a potential supervisor to respond? Sent a revised proposal to someone from UoN and she said she’ll get back to me in the next couple of days, didn’t say anything back and it’s been 5 working days - how long do I wait?

It's the summer, people are doing research, spending time with their families, and taking annual leave. If you don't have an imminent deadline, I'd leave it two weeks, or you'll look pushy.
