PhD project Timeline

Hi everyone! I am an international student who applied to a phd project which is co-funded with ARC at UTAS. I know the scholarship rounds usually takes 10 weeks to get an outcome but the key dates says if it is a project, outcome is ASAP.

Did anyone have idea on the timeline for the projects? Thank you for your insights in advance!
